Hi, I’m Nur Gunday — a home cook, leftovers loyalist, and the type of person who measures garlic with my heart 🍲. Sometimes I forget an ingredient and somehow make the dish better. My freezer is crammed with homemade broth, my spice drawer is out of control, and yes — I’ve turned a frozen pizza into dinner for six with enough toppings and confidence 🍕.
